Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions for clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Build financial plans with brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions. Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds. Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, recommend brokerage products, and provide coaching and feedback to referral partners. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities while applying regulatory due diligence. Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, one year of investment industry experience, and SAFE Act registration for mortgage loan provisions. Schedule includes Monday through Fridays with rotating Saturdays; salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 annualized.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded

- Must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing pursuant to SAFE Act requirements
- Must submit to the required SAFE Act background check
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- Minimum of three years of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
- Obtained insurance licenses
