Job Summary
Provide comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve long-term financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Requires completing required licenses and trainings and adherence to SAFE Act registration processes for residential loan origination activities. Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, and roles involve guiding clients through banking and investment strategies, risk management, and coaching referral partners. Strong emphasis on client experience, relationship-building, regulatory due diligence, and effective communication. Preferred candidates hold advanced designations (e.g., CFP, CRPC) and may have additional insurance licenses; at least one year of relevant experience in financial services or sales with demonstrated goal attainment. Minimum education required: high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63/65 with plan to obtain 66)
- 1+ year experience in investments or financial services
- Sales experience with goals
- Regulatory due diligence understanding
- Ability to build financial plans and recommend brokerage products
- Strong communication and client-management skills
