Job Summary
Build financial plans with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions by meeting with clients to review goals and recommend strategies. Triage client leads, making referrals to business partners based on needs and asset thresholds, while providing coaching and feedback to those partners. Mitigate risk through daily activities and engage potential new clients via referrals or financial center clientele. Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings, including Series 7 and 66. Work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, subject to SAFE Act registration requirements for residential mortgage loans.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
- Must be able to register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing pursuant to SAFE Act requirements
- Must be able to submit to the required SAFE Act background check

Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- Three or more years of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
- Obtained insurance licenses
