Job Summary
Provide comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Requires completing required licenses/training and SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan originations. Key activities include planning short- and long-term financial goals with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking/managed solutions), referring to internal service providers based on client needs, mitigating risk, identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals, and coaching/referring partners based on client needs and product services. Minimum licenses (Series 7 and 66; or 63/65 in lieu of missing series) and at least one year of relevant industry experience are required; candidate should be comfortable in a 40-hour work week with in-office schedule and potential benefits eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Schedule: Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays
