Financial Solutions Advisor - Central & South San Antonio Area

Job Summary
Conduct client triage, review financial and investment goals, and build comprehensive financial plans including brokerage products, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities. Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client needs, manage risk, and make referrals to internal service providers based on asset thresholds. Provide coaching to referral partners and engage potential new clients through financial center clientele. Maintain Series 7 & 66 licenses and complete required SAFE Act registration and background checks. Work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays in a 40-hour week.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
- At least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- At least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded

- Must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing pursuant to SAFE Act requirements
- Must submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process
- Must obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- At least three years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
- Obtained your insurance licenses
