Job Summary
Conduct telemarketing and sales activities to pitch and sell loan products to clients, specifically targeting SMEs. Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness while negotiating terms and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients using CRM software to manage leads and customer data. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a commission-based pay structure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree: Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of telemarketing or sales experience
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sector
- Knowledge of the challenges and needs specific to SMEs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English & Mandarin
- Strong ability to negotiate terms, persuade clients and close deals
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Capability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness
- Proficiency in using various sales techniques and methodologies
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and customer data
