Job Summary
Drive operational excellence and deliver transformational change by working directly with client executives to identify value creation opportunities and shape transformation roadmaps. Lead teams to analyse and redesign end-to-end customer, operational, and regulatory processes, translating strategic objectives into technology-enabled solutions that improve productivity and reduce complexity. Support large-scale transformation programmes across claims, servicing, lending, and risk, leveraging emerging technologies like AI to address challenges in financial services operations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning business, technology, and data to move clients from strategy through to implementation and benefits realisation.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years' experience in consulting, transformation, operations, technology delivery or financial services
- experience gained in a professional services firm, insurer, bank, wealth manager or other regulated financial services organisation
- Experience delivering transformation initiatives within financial services
- areas such as customer operations, claims, servicing, underwriting, lending, distribution, contact centres, risk or regulatory change
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
