Job Summary
Process transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Build new relationships and deepen existing ones through meaningful conversations and product referrals. Support branch growth by identifying customer needs and referring mortgage, home equity, and other banking opportunities to appropriate team members. Complete up to a week of mandatory in-person training involving travel to Machias within the first 30 days. This role is part of a team dedicated to helping individuals, businesses, and communities grow across Maine and New Hampshire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Previous customer service or retail experience
- A positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively
- Up to a week of in-person training, which requires travel to Machias, is mandatory within the first 30 days for onboarding in this role
- Future training sessions may necessitate travel if retraining is required
