Financial Services Specialist

Operate a teller window to serve customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash verifications; balance and maintain cash drawer; open new accounts (including CDs) and provide account information; handle night deposits, mail, and ATM servicing; answer customer questions and escalate as needed; cross-sell bank products and services while adhering to bank policies; follow management directions and maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Requires proficiency in cash handling, strong verbal and interpersonal communication, basic math skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Prior teller experience and knowledge of banking regulations are preferred. The role is based in the branch in Danville, VA.
