Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive financial profile analyses to uncover member needs, then deliver personalized product recommendations and cross-sell complementary services. Process member transactions accurately across two separate systems while monitoring for red flags like unusual activity or high-risk indicators, escalating concerns to the Fraud Department. Actively listen to member requests, provide financial education, and guide clients through Credit Union technology to enhance their experience. Engage with members and prospects through community events and outbound calling to build relationships and grow the branch. Operate within branch hours including rotating Saturdays, maintaining operational integrity in a fast-paced environment while supporting cross-departmental needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays
- Ability to work onsite at the East Lansing and Union Branches
- Ability to work onsite at the employee's assigned location for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to move equipment or materials weighing up to 25 pounds within the building
- Ability to occasionally move equipment or materials exceeding 25 pounds within the building
- Knowledge of relevant external and internal policy and compliance procedures
- Knowledge of products, services, and relevant details offered or supported within the position

- Ability to operate within two separate cash drawers on two separate systems
