Job Summary

Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and closing deals while managing delinquent accounts to secure payments and set arrangements. Conduct substantial daily outbound calling for collections, follow-ups, and tax services, meeting customers in person to resolve issues and identify additional product opportunities. Prepare individual tax returns, gather documentation, and process payments and account updates in compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records, handle cash and bank runs, and meet performance goals across sales, collections, and tax operations.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
Ability to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits, without relying on non-employees for transportation
Ability to obtain required insurance licensing
Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results
Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations
Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry

Regular in-person attendance during scheduled work hours
