Job Summary
Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and closing deals while managing delinquent accounts to secure payments. Conduct substantial daily outbound customer outreach for collections, application follow-up, and tax services in a high-volume environment. Meet with customers in person to assist with loan applications, tax preparation, and issue resolution. Process payments, update accounts, and maintain accurate, compliant records including credit denial letters. Handle cash and complete required bank runs to deliver deposits independently. Prepare individual tax returns and gather necessary documentation. This role requires managing a fast-paced workload across sales, collections, and branch operations with opportunities for performance-based earnings and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current insurance
- Ability to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits, without relying on non-employees for transportation
- Ability to obtain required insurance licensing
- Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results
- Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations
- Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry
- Ability to obtain required insurance licensing
- Regular in-person attendance during scheduled work hours
- Occasional extended hours or weekend work
- Ability to perform computer work, handle documents, and communicate information effectively
- Professionalism, adaptability, collaboration, and multitasking
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and perform similar activities
- Ability to handle cash and complete required bank runs
