Job Summary
Guide customers toward upward credit mobility by assisting with questions, concerns, and products while processing and preparing loan applications. Execute loan closings on current renewals, take and process payments, and balance assigned cash drawers daily. Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit, potentially transporting money to and from the bank. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily, send credit denial letters within 30 days, and help build tax clientele. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Occasional local travel may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills
- A history of choosing kindness, showing compassion, and helping others
- The willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas
- Absolute team player – pitching in when needed and accepting help, too
- Must possess a valid driver's license & reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities
- Occasional local travel
- Extended hours, evenings, or weekends
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically
- Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
