Financial Services Representative

Financial Services Representative responsible for guiding customers on financial decisions, assisting the Branch Manager in operating the branch, processing loan applications and loan documents, taking and processing payments, balancing cash, preparing deposits, and maintaining customer relationships. Duties include calling approved/unmade applications to close loans, providing tax services to build tax clientele, sending credit denial letters within 30 days, and upholding branch profitability and compliance. Requires basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for deposits, customer service, and daily duties. Fast-paced environment with occasional local travel, evenings or weekends, and emphasis on teamwork, empathy, and strong communication.
