Job Summary
Provide customer service and support branch operations as the Financial Services Representative. Assist the Branch Manager in daily activities, process and prepare loan applications, take and process payments, prepare loan documents and close loans on current renewals, balance the cash drawer, and prepare daily deposits. Maintain customer relationships, help build tax clientele and provide tax services, and send credit denial letters within 30 days of application. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans, and contribute to community engagement and branch marketing efforts. Requires basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with occasional travel.
