Job Summary
Guide customers toward upward credit mobility by providing top-tier service, assisting with questions, and processing loan applications. Execute loan closings on renewals, balance assigned cash drawers daily, and prepare branch deposits. Call approved applications to close loans, send credit denial letters within 30 days, and help build tax clientele. Transport money to and from the bank as needed. Work in a fast-paced environment with occasional local travel, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills
- A history of choosing kindness, showing compassion, and helping others
- The willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas
- Absolute team player – pitching in when needed and accepting help, too
- Must possess a valid driver's license & reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities
- Occasional local travel
- Extended hours, evenings, or weekends
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically
- Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
