Job Summary
Guide customers toward upward credit mobility by providing top-tier service, answering questions, and processing loan applications and payments. Execute loan closings on renewals, balance cash drawers daily, and prepare branch deposits. Call approved applications to close loans, send credit denial letters within 30 days, and assist the Branch Manager in maximizing growth and collecting accounts. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Occasional local travel may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends. Based in Greenville, SC, World Finance helps millions unlock their financial good through personal loans and tax preparation.
Required Qualifications
