Job Summary
Guide customers toward upward credit mobility by providing top-tier service, answering questions, and processing loan applications. Execute loan closings, balance assigned cash drawers daily, and prepare and complete branch bank deposits. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans, send credit denial letters within 30 days, and assist with tax services. Transport money to and from the bank as needed. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Work in a fast-paced environment with occasional local travel, evenings, or weekends.
Required Qualifications
