Job Summary
Drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare individual tax returns by conducting daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and high-volume collection activities. Secure payments and set arrangements for delinquent accounts while closing loans and identifying opportunities for additional financial products. Assist customers with loan applications, tax preparation, and issue resolution, then process payments, update accounts, and document all activity in company systems. Handle cash, complete required bank runs for deposits, and maintain accurate, compliant records including credit denial letters. Maintain accurate and compliant records, including timely credit denial letters and required tax documentation. Handle and balance cash, and complete required bank runs to deliver deposits. Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Complete required training and meet performance expectations for sales, collections, tax preparation, and account management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current insurance
- Ability to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits, without relying on non-employees for transportation
- Ability to obtain required insurance licensing
- Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results
- Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations
- Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry
