Job Summary
Guide customers toward upward credit mobility by assisting with loan applications, processing payments, and executing loan closings. Balance assigned cash drawers daily, prepare branch bank deposits, and transport money to and from the bank. Maintain strong customer relationships while building community within the branch and sending accurate credit denial letters within 30 days. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily and help build tax clientele. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills. Occasional local travel, extended hours, evenings, or weekends may be required.
