Job Summary
Guide customers toward upward credit mobility by assisting with questions, concerns, and products while processing loan applications, payments, and document closings. Balance assigned cash drawers daily, prepare branch bank deposits, and transport money to and from the bank. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans, send credit denial letters within 30 days, and help build tax clientele. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Occasional local travel and extended hours may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills

- The willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas
- Absolute team player – pitching in when needed and accepting help, too
- Must possess a valid driver's license & reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities

- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Occasional local travel

- Must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically

- Basic computer skills
