Job Summary
Conduct teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing while maintaining proper cash drawer limits and currency logs. Process loan payments, wire transfers, and account modifications such as name changes or stop payments. Prepare documentation for new deposit accounts, CDs, and safe deposit boxes, then scan and index completed records. Answer customer inquiries regarding interest rates, account histories, and product details while complying with privacy policies. Assist with debit card disputes, online banking enrollment, and bill pay functions. Maintain regular attendance and cross-sell bank products as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Complies with all regulations and bank approved policies and procedures
- Is alert to opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year cash handling or sales experience
- A minimum of one (1) year customer service experience
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use office equipment such as computer, calculator, copier and fax machine
