Job Summary
Provide onsite support to multiple branch locations by filling in for open positions, guiding customers toward upward credit mobility, and delivering top-tier service for questions and product inquiries. Process and prepare loan applications, documents, renewals, and closings while taking and processing customer payments. Balance assigned cash drawers daily, complete branch bank deposits, and transport funds as needed. Call approved applications to close loans, support tax services, and send credit denial letters within 30 days. Pay branch expenses and collaborate with managers to meet performance goals. Requires reliable transportation for daily travel between branches and bank deposits; hourly pay ranges from $15 to $18. Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
- Frequently stationary with regular movement throughout office environments
- Occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching

- Regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication
- Fast-paced, high-demand environment requiring professionalism and adaptability
- Frequent travel to branch locations; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends
- Standard indoor office settings with typical noise, lighting, and temperature
