Job Summary
Representative role responsible for high-volume annuity disbursement processing including transfers, full surrenders, withdrawals, and RMDs; executes outbound financial transactions under fraud-prevention protocols in a fast-paced environment. Requires knowledge of contract provisions, insurance/financial services products, and regulations; leverages lean methodology in daily operations; interfaces with policyholders, agents, brokers, and other units; may route inquiries to properly registered representatives; 2 days in office and 3 days remote within 35 miles of Grandview OH; education includes high school studies with undergraduate desirable; FINRA Series 6 license preferred; 1-3 years of product-related customer service experience; strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills; overtime eligibility and compliance with licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications

- FINRA Series 6 license preferred, and may be required, based on assigned product/line-of-business or distribution system.
