Job Summary
Package and set up student funding arrangements, adjusting them during program duration. Conduct financial aid overviews and assist new students with PINs, FAFSAs, and MPNs. Present tuition finance plans, create award letters, and manage withdrawal and exit interview files. Input data into Anthology, set up disbursements, and monitor charges to student ledgers. Request ledger adjustments, perform verification on ISIRS, and complete forms for social services and deferments. Research scholarship opportunities and coordinate with Admissions and Student Account Specialists to ensure timely and accurate FA packaging and payment collection. Maintain confidentiality of all work information.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree, or equivalent education and experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outdoor driving to attend meetings
