Financial Services Representative II, TB Outbound (6 Month Contract)

Job Summary
Proactively reach out to clients via outbound calls to suggest new and existing financial services products that help them achieve their financial goals. Engage in meaningful conversations to develop an in-depth understanding of client needs, quickly providing information and resolutions to their issues. Maintain expert knowledge of CIBC's comprehensive financial product offerings while navigating multiple software applications and dual monitors. This full-time temporary role begins September 15, 2026, with a start date of 40 Dundas St. West, Toronto, ON, and concludes March 14, 2027. Flexible availability is required between Monday to Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm and Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified above
- Valid work or study permit (where applicable)
- Ability to work independently as an Agent@Home with a secure workspace, in a room or office with a door that closes it off from noises and distractions
- Wired Internet connection, capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate (Internet connection can be connected to modem through hard cable (not wireless) with a minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps)
- Satellite internet providers are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service
- Available and flexible between Monday to Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm and Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Available for on-site work at 40 Dundas St. West, 6th, Toronto, ON for a minimum 90 day period
- Ability to attend primary work location within two hours' notice for any business-related purposes
- Expertise in CIBC's comprehensive financial product offerings
- Ability to easily navigate and focus on multiple software applications and dual monitors
- French proficiency (as part of skills test)
