Job Summary
Provide quality customer service to members by cross-selling products and services that meet their financial needs. Process all financial transactions and inquiries accurately, including withdrawals, deposits, issuing money orders, and handling loan applications. Establish rapport by greeting members, verifying identities to prevent fraud, and managing new account openings while resolving service needs. Support branch sales objectives by contributing to overall goals and strengthening member relationships. Adhere to all Credit Union policies, BSA regulations, and required training. Assist all departments as requested and perform other related duties. Ability to travel throughout the branch network within a 15-mile radius is required; on an exception basis, may cover locations further away. Schedule includes extended branch and Saturday hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate PC skills
- MS Office
- Windows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to travel throughout the branch network to provide staffing assistance at all branch locations within a 15 mile radius
- Ability to cover a branch further than a 15 mile radius on an exception basis
- Schedule to include extended branch and Saturday hours
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years experience in financial sales environment
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
