Job Summary
Conduct efficient teller functions, present and explain Credit Union membership products and services to members, and identify cross-selling opportunities through active listening. Respond to member requests, problems, and complaints, while directing specialized needs to appropriate departments or partners. Build positive relationships with members and internal business units, adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulations. Review operational manuals to maintain familiarity with branch operations and volunteer for credit union activities. Requires a high school diploma, two years of sales or service experience, and strong communication skills. Pay range is $21.75 to $27.00.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in a sales/service role within the financial services industry or other types of retail businesses
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of how the financial markets impact the financial services industry
- Ability to sit at a desk and computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Minimal travel amongst branches may be required
