Financial Services Representative - Full Time

Understand Members' financial needs and provide appropriate advice and recommendations; perform front-line transactional banking services; grow through advisory sales such as opening new accounts, offering credit and deposits; identify opportunities for wealth referrals and promote Meridian's products and services to enhance Members' financial well-being; contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals; engage in revenue-generating activities; demonstrate empathy, strong communication, collaboration with internal partners (Wealth, Small Business, Mobile Mortgage Specialists), and commitment to member experience; possess strong negotiation, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to adapt, learn, and problem-solve in a dynamic banking environment.
