Job Summary
The role focuses on delivering quality in-person and phone-based member service while actively promoting credit union products. Responsibilities include performing teller and member services duties, processing deposits and withdrawals, opening/closing accounts, issuing loans/products, completing outbound referrals, maintaining organized workstations, training and mentoring staff, balancing daily cash, handling financial paperwork, and adhering to policies. Key skills include customer service, cross-selling, knowledge of online banking systems, familiarity with lending policies, attention to accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to process various transactions (including wires, Visa/credit services, and IRA deposits). The position requires the ability to promote products, maintain accurate records, and support operations and compliance as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Cash handling experience
