Job Summary
Financial Services Representative duties include supporting Fidelity customers via phone and in-person at an Investor Center, answering questions about accounts, facilitating transfers and trades, and delivering a structured training path to obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) with full sponsorship. The role combines remote onboarding with one day per week in the Investor Center and a later transition to full on-site work, supported by ongoing development, licensing coaching, and a comprehensive benefits package. No finance background or college degree is required to succeed; training and licensing support are provided to help you grow within wealth management and customer service careers.
