Financial Services Representative

As a Financial Services Representative at CIBC in a fast-paced Banking Centre, you’ll build meaningful client relationships, understand personal and business goals, and tailor financial guidance and product recommendations to support clients’ financial success. You’ll engage in client-facing activities, leverage knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection, and help clients navigate banking solutions while advancing relationship-building and community outreach. The role may require flexibility to work banking centre hours (including evenings and weekends) and travel to multiple centres within a reasonable distance, with on-site, full-time work. You’ll also become a technology advocate, introducing clients to mobile banking features and digital tools, and you’ll operate within a values-driven environment focused on trust, teamwork, and accountability.
