Job Summary
As a Financial Services Representative in a Banking Centre, you’ll meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide forward-looking financial plans using knowledge of cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection. You’ll build relationships through marketing and outreach, help clients achieve their financial goals, and promote the use of mobile banking applications and digital tools. The role requires flexibility to banking centre hours (including evenings and weekends) and the ability to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. You’ll be on-site full-time and contribute to a team that values trust, teamwork, and accountability while delivering tailored financial solutions to clients. What you’ll need: current accreditation (Mutual Funds License via Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada) and 1 year of client-facing sales experience; banking or financial services experience is a plus. You’ll be focused on client service, regulatory compliance, and achieving sales goals in a dynamic banking environment.
