Job Summary
As a Financial Services Representative in the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll work in a fast-paced banking centre, meet with clients to understand their priorities, advise on solutions, and help them achieve financial goals through tailored service and product recommendations. You’ll leverage cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection knowledge, engage in marketing/outreach to grow networks, and guide clients to the right people and opportunities. The role requires on-site, full-time availability with potential travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance, and emphasizes client relationships, technology adoption (mobile banking), and a commitment to values like trust, teamwork, and accountability. A current Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada) and at least one year of client-sales experience are expected, with banking experience considered a plus.
