Job Summary
Guide customers toward upward credit mobility by providing top-tier service, processing loan applications, and executing loan closings. Balance assigned cash drawers daily, prepare branch bank deposits, and call approved applications to close loans. Maintain strong customer relationships, send accurate credit denial letters within 30 days, and build community within the branch. This bilingual role supports the Branch Manager in maximizing growth and profits while following effective collection policies. Occasional local travel and extended hours may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills

- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager
