Job Summary
Process routine bank transactions and recordkeeping with accuracy, including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and money transfers. Promote bank products and services, open/close accounts, set up online banking, balance cash drawers, complete CTRs/SARs when required, and provide efficient, courteous customer service in a fast-paced retail banking environment. Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies, cross-sell to generate new business, and represent United Bank professionally while supporting team values and core principles.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of cash handling experience
- One year of customer service experience
