Job Summary
Financial Services Representative in a 12-month contract role within the Personal and Business Banking team, on-site in St. John's, NL. You will meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise on cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection solutions, and promote the right financial products. You’ll engage in relationship-building through marketing and outreach, grow your network, and help clients manage their banking needs using digital tools such as mobile banking. The role requires use of knowledge of financial products, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to deliver tailored financial plans and solutions. You must hold a Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada) or equivalent accreditation, have at least 1 year of client-facing sales experience, and be able to work flexible banking-centre hours, including evenings and weekends; travel between multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience working with clients and achieving sales results
- Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada)
- current accreditation and good standing
- ability to work on-site and travel between banking centres within reasonable distance
- willingness to work banking centre hours including evenings and weekends
