Job Summary
Process teller transactions including loan payments and fund transfers while maintaining thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments. Accurately record information, research and resolve member concerns, and efficiently utilize provided software systems to perform member transactions. Cross-sell credit union products and services to members. This role requires previous cash handling or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to cross-sell. No evenings or weekends are required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience
- Thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments such as cash and checks
- Ability to cross-sell
- Self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Dependable (arrive to work on time as scheduled)
