Job Summary
Financial Services Recruitment Manager role leading the design and execution of a scalable talent acquisition function for a rapidly growing wealth and investment management firm. The role combines strategic partnership with executive leadership, hands-on full-cycle recruiting across professional and corporate functions, and leadership of employer branding, recruiting operations, and external partnerships. Responsibilities include building scalable recruiting processes and interview frameworks, optimizing ATS workflows, managing external agencies and search partners, developing sourcing strategies across passive talent markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from outreach to offer, and driving data-driven recruiting analytics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, funnel metrics). The successful candidate will collaborate with executive leadership, People leadership, and business leaders across wealth management, operations, technology, finance, and corporate functions to support national growth, organizational growth, and long-term talent strategy. The role emphasizes creating a world-class talent acquisition function, improving efficiency and alignment with external partners, and shaping culture and leadership capability through strategic hiring practices. Location specified as Cleveland, OH (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within high-growth or rapidly evolving environments
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes across professional or corporate functions
- Experience working with or managing external recruiting agencies and search partners
- Strong understanding of recruiting operations, ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
- High degree of organization, urgency, and follow-through
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience within wealth management, investment management, financial services, professional services, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred
