Financial Services Operations Executive (APAC)

Job Summary
Manage the transaction lifecycle for financing opportunities across Singapore, ANZ, India, and Malaysia by maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring pipeline data, and preparing collateral and sales enablement materials. Coordinate credit approvals, documentation, and funding settlements with local Credit teams, resellers, and funding partners while resolving operational queries and tracking lease maturities. Support process improvements by participating in user acceptance testing, developing operational procedures, and enhancing CRM and Xvantage systems. This role ensures efficient execution of financing transactions and portfolio management for Ingram Micro Financial Solutions across the Asia Pacific region.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting or a related discipline
- At least 6 years' relevant experience in financial services operations, equipment finance, vendor finance, banking operations, leasing or commercial sales operations
- Experience managing financing transactions throughout the transaction lifecycle, including customer onboarding, documentation, funding and end-of-lease activities
- Experience working with CRM platforms, business systems and operational reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, reporting and organisational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage customers, funding partners and cross-functional teams across multiple countries
- Ability to manage multiple financing transactions while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with funding partners, leasing companies or financial institutions would be highly regarded
- Experience supporting system implementation, process improvement or user acceptance testing (UAT)
