Job Summary
Be the branch go-to person for all Financial Services Products, providing ongoing training and guidance to team members. Develop and implement an annual Branch Financial Services business plan while executing sales campaigns across deposits, lending, Agri Finance, insurance, and prepayment facilities. Assist customers directly with deposit requirements, including opening accounts, maintenance, and rollovers, ensuring 100% compliance with statutory legislation such as AML/CTF. This role supports Elders' 185-year legacy in Australian agriculture by driving growth ambitions and delivering specialist knowledge to rural and regional communities.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in administrative functions
- Background or comparable experience within the agricultural or related industries
- Skilled in interpersonal communication and stakeholder relationship management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer operations
- Track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
- Strong organisational abilities combined with clear and effective communication skills
- Ensure 100% compliance with relevant statutory legislation as required in the execution of operational duties (e.g. AML/CTF)
