Job Summary
E-file in both State and Federal Court systems, record billable time, and draft transmittal letters for attorneys. Prepare, review, format, and cite check legal documents including notices, motions, briefs, and pleadings while redacting confidential information. Conduct SCRA searches, factual investigations, and legal research regarding creditor rights, foreclosure law, and lien priority; conduct title and lien review to identify ownership interests and encumbrances. Manage high-volume caseloads in a deadline-driven environment, monitor case deadlines, and maintain accurate litigation calendars. Analyze mortgages, security agreements, and loan documents to support lien enforcement strategies. Review bankruptcy dockets for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters, prepare summaries of 341 meeting results, and submit Proof of Claim packages.
Required Qualifications
- three years of bankruptcy and mortgage foreclosure experience
- E-Filing experience in both State and Federal Court systems
- Bachelor's degree

- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), iManage and Adobe
- Knowledge of multiple states' bankruptcy and foreclosure procedures
