Job Summary
Lead editorial planning and content production across digital channels by developing and executing Hightower's editorial calendar and content strategy. Partner with the Lead Copywriter and subject matter experts to create thought leadership, campaign assets, and multimedia content including videos, webinars, and social media materials. Coordinate production workflows with designers, agencies, and vendors while ensuring messaging alignment and compliance across web, email, and PR channels. Monitor performance metrics to recommend optimizations and establish scalable content processes that drive advisor growth and client acquisition. Collaborate with SEO, digital marketing, and business leaders to support integrated campaigns and identify opportunities to improve content tools and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, communications, or digital marketing
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with experience developing content across multiple channels
- Experience managing editorial calendars and coordinating complex content projects
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices
- Experience working with designers, video producers, agencies, and cross-functional marketing teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
