Job Summary
Audit leadership role supporting financial services audits in a UK-based firm. You’ll supervise and coach junior staff on site, communicate regularly with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners, and deliver accurate and transparent reporting to stakeholders. You’ll apply knowledge of UK GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements, oversee regulatory compliance including anti-money laundering, and contribute to serving listed entities and international groups. The role emphasizes collaboration, development, and agile ways of working across 17 UK locations.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified ACA/ICAS or overseas equivalent
- Educated up to degree level or CTS
- Experience supervising and coaching junior members of staff on site
- Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements
- Working knowledge of firm services, issues regarding advice, and regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering
- Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends
- Experience with listed audited entities
- Experience auditing international groups
