Job Summary
Audit leadership role in FS sector: support delivery of high-quality external audits for financial services clients; supervise and coach junior staff on site; collaborate with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners to provide accurate, transparent reporting and value-added insights. Requires ACA/ICAS or overseas equivalent (or degree CTS path), degree-level education, and experience supervising on audits. Knowledge of GAAS and IFRS/UK GAAP, financial reporting requirements, AML regulation, and experience with listed entities and international group audits. Strong emphasis on teamwork, training, and professional development within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified ACA/ICAS or overseas equivalent
- Educated up to degree level or CTS
- Experience supervising and coaching junior members of staff on site
- Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements
- Experience with listed audited entities
- Experience auditing international groups
- Regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering
- Sector experience
