Job Summary
Financial Services Associate who meets with applicants and students to explain eligibility for federal and institutional financial aid programs, estimates awards for Pell/SEOG/Stafford-Direct and other Title IV and non-Title IV aid, and enters awards into Student Information Systems. Responsible for counseling students on aid paperwork, award information, and options for financing educational expenses, creating funding plans, evaluating submitted documents (including R2T4, PWD, and loan exit materials), maintaining compliance with Title IV/state/military/VA requirements, and delivering high-quality service to students and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Associate Degree required
