Job Summary
Provide accurate, prompt and professional member service while promoting credit union services. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing deposits and withdrawals, balancing cash drawers, cross-selling bank products, inputting new account/loan applicant requests, assisting customers with inquiries and problem resolution, adhering to security procedures, and willingness to travel to other branches as needed. Key skills: customer service, banking transactions, cash handling, sales and cross-selling, attention to detail, and knowledge of banking products. Must pass background check and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable doing sales and cold-calling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
- Must pass background check
