Financial Services Associate - Full Time - 6 Month Contract

Job Summary

Conduct large or complex credit and investment advice for members while managing portfolios to build lasting relationships. Proactively identify and promote Meridian products, open new accounts, and refer business to Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage partners. Meet individual and team-based sales goals through revenue-generating activities and digital engagement using virtual technology platforms. Resolve member concerns at first point of contact and adhere to compliance, audit, and policy standards. Work evenings and weekends as part of the branch leadership team to champion corporate strategies and implement branch business plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education
  • At least 3 years of equivalent work experience in a financial services sales environment
  • Proven track record in sales
  • MFDA licensing
