Financial Services Associate

Counsel students on financial aid options and calculate/package Title IV and non-Title IV aid for each academic year in the Student Information Systems. Provide overview of the financial aid process, estimate tuition/aid based on eligibility, track documentation (including R2T4 and loan exit materials), and ensure compliance with Title IV, state, military, VA, and institutional policies. Develop funding plans for enrolled students, communicate award information and options, and maintain high standards of ethics and customer service while meeting performance metrics and continually monitoring changes in eligibility.
