Job Summary
Provides branch coverage across multiple locations, including temporary and short-notice assignments, handles account and loan applications, writes detailed recommendations per CCU loan policies, educates members on credit union services, and proactively cross-sells products based on member needs. Maintains privacy and security of member information, adheres to regulatory and safety procedures, supports a positive team environment, and participates in meetings and in-house training. Demonstrates strong attention to detail, professional appearance, and ability to travel between branches while delivering high-quality member service across channels.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Regular travel between branch locations is required
- Two- or four-year business degree preferred
- Related lending experience preferred
- Notary Public may be required based on need
